Part 2: Historical Group as a System Key question: How did your historical group operate as a system within a system? Review the material in: systems theory, decision making, conformity, and social influence. Explain what was in your historical group's environment that influenced climate within your group. Describe the boundaries, the interplay with the environment, and how it might have affected input-throughput-output (group processing). Also, describe the avenues for both types of feedback for the group and how their decision making may have been shaped by the feedback. Think of the types of feedback more broadly (from inside the group to outside the group) and take into account conformity and social influence as part of your analysis. Other details: This is an analysis that requires description and explanation. For every claim you make, please elaborate on your ideas AND support with evidence. You can keep the analysis format in two parts BUT retain a essay format by using complete sentences. Introduction, transition sentences, or conclusion are NOT necessary.
